Blog

With this blog I mainly want to inspire you. The posts are based on my experience. It can be a coaching I did, a presentation I have done, a TED talk or another youtube movie I have seen from which you can learn. The posts cover the topics that are very important for me like storytelling, how to deal with stress, body language, how to use PowerPoint, pitching and presenting to the board. The posts are in English or Dutch. As I have been blogging for years on this topic you will see that the oldest posts go way back to 2008 when I started writing articles on this topic. Last month I was on a 2 day training with a customer in France. It was for a huge group of young people and they were welcomed by 2 senior managers. The first manager opened the trainingĀ and then gave the floor to the second manager...

I am a very happy coach today. A few weeks ago I have coached someone who has dyslexia but he had to talk to a very big audience and did not look forward to that event at all. He had presented to big audiences but...

This picture you see is my youngest son. The picture was taken last summer at the Pukkelpop festival. He was 8 years old then and it was his second festival because the year before I had taken him to Werchter. I truly believe he was...

It's nearly that time of the year again, the new year's speech. Just this morning I got the idea to write on this topic because someone in the training shared his experience. Ā I always start the second day of a training asking participants if they...
